Hello, I'm Angie.

 

I was graded an outstanding teacher when concluding my PGCE in 2010 and I have continued to deliver high-quality teaching over the past 14 years. I have excellent experience in both English and Media Studies at national and international level, and I have taught Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 across a range of exam boards as a teacher, tutor, and head of department. 

 

As a mother of two small children, my teaching style is a nurturing and maternal one. Similarly, my ideology is that every child matters and that every learner is unique. I pride myself on building positive relationships quickly and creating a strong rapport with my students, knowing that raising confidence and self-belief is often just as important as learning knowledge and skills.
